Did you know that ticket revenues cover less than 50 percent
of the production expenses for a performance? We need your
help to make this our best year ever! GCMC is building partnerships
with individuals and companies alike. Your tax-deductible
donation will help us meet our financial needs and ensure
our ability to continue to be a voice of the GLBT community.

A Menu of Sponsorships
GCMC is a dedicated group of gentlemen committed to providing
quality entertainment to the Phoenix community as a voice
of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered movement.
While all of us remain dedicated to this effort, it takes
funding and resources to continue these activities and support
our future growth. We are confident in our abilities to grow
GCMC to a performance organization consistent with the 5th
largest city in the United States. We appreciate your gift
help to make this dream a reality.
As we are seeking new partnerships with individuals, foundations
and companies, we invite you to review the following opportunities
to join us in the further building of GCMC. Your targeted
gift can be for the entirety of any of these projects, or
any portion thereof. They provide the same benefit levels
as the Friends of the Chorale. Contact us at 602-717-4262
to share your vision for our future!
CD Production
In April of 2004, GCMC presented “Class Reunion”,
a fun and memorable medley of music from the 50’s through
the 70’s. Replete with costumes, dance and music, it
truly was a lot of fun for both us and our audiences. GCMC
would like to relive these memories, and share them with our
audiences through the production of a commercial CD. GCMC
needs assistance with royalties, equipment rental, sound engineering,
duplication and packaging. A detailed budget is available
for your review upon request
Office Space/Equipment
As development of the organization grows, so to does our need
for dedicated office space and equipment. Such resources will
maximize our external communications, provide a central administrative
space for the storage of our music library and equipment,
and facilitate meeting space for the exchange of ideas amongst
the organization that has been the cornerstone of our development
to date.
Matching Membership Dues Support
Each of the chorale and Board members provides financial support
to the organization of $20 per month for a period of 9 months.
This equates to approximately $12,000 per year. Through sponsorship
and community advocacy, we would like to create a more stable
funding stream that relieves our members from carrying this
financial commitment.
Goal: $12000
Executive Director hiring
On par with peer GALA Choruses, GCMC would like to hire a
full time Executive Director to lead the development of the
organization in the future. While the efforts of our all volunteer
organization are needed and appreciated by us all, having
an Executive Director will allow us to build more proactively
and efficiently. Having an ED, we look towards greater partnership
and grant funding development, while enhancing organizational
visibility in the community.
Goal: $40,000
